The event, organized by the Export and Investment Center of the Dominican Republic (ProDominicana) and the Dominican Agribusiness Board (JAD), projects to surpass its own records in this 9th edition, with the confirmed participation of more than 200 international buyers from 33 markets, and more than 160 Dominican exporting companies, generating an ideal scenario to promote new business opportunities.
“Agroalimentaria 2025 represents a space of excellence to promote our products on the international stage, attract investment, and strengthen trade ties with new markets,” expressed the executive director of ProDominicana, Biviana Riveiro Disla.
In this edition, it is planned to hold more than 2,000 B2B business meetings, consolidating the Dominican Republic as a hub of quality agro products with high export potential.
Among the countries with the highest participation, Aruba, Cuba, Guadeloupe, United States, Spain, Puerto Rico, Argentina, and Costa Rica stand out. Likewise, it is important to highlight the presence of buyers from non-traditional markets for the Dominican Republic, including Slovakia, Cameroon, Guadeloupe, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, among others.
Agroalimentaria 2025 will feature more than 200 national exhibitors who will showcase the best of the country's exportable offer, including fresh fruits and vegetables, processed products, premium cigars, coffee, cocoa, and beverages in an exhibition that will also be open to the general public, with tastings and cultural exhibitions.
