TBS 2025 Organizing Committee postpones Wednesday's event due to the passage of Tropical Storm Melissa

Santo Domingo.– The Organizing Committee of the Superior Basketball Tournament of the National District (TBS 2025) announced the postponement of the day scheduled for this Wednesday, following the provisions of the authorities in the face of the effects of Tropical Storm Melissa.

The day included two matches at the Virgilio Travieso Soto Sports Palace: first (7:00 p.m.) Club El Millón would face San Lázaro, and in the closing match, Club Rafael Barias would measure forces with the Bameso team. The Committee reported that in the coming days the new schedule for the suspended matches of both Tuesday and Wednesday will be announced, after evaluating the weather and safety conditions together with the competent authorities. Likewise, the Organizing Committee urged fans and the entire basketball family in the capital to remain attentive to the passage of storm Melissa and follow the guidelines of the Emergency Operations Center (COE) and other official organizations to ensure the integrity and safety of all citizens.
