Santo Domingo.– The prominent compliance expert, Jessy Sánchez, shone during her participation in the World Compliance Forum Dominican Republic 2025, where she offered a key presentation on the challenges and opportunities facing compliance in an era marked by disruptive innovation.
In an environment where digital transformation accelerates change at an unprecedented rate, Sánchez emphasized the urgency of rethinking compliance frameworks and adopting a strategic and comprehensive (360°) vision as an essential part of any modern organization. “The 360 vision is no longer an option, it is a necessity”, he emphasized during his intervention.

The forum was held on June 26 and 27, 2025 at the Hotel El Embajador in Santo Domingo, bringing together more than 50 international experts. It was organized by the Latin American Federation of Compliance (FELADE), under the leadership of its founder, Dr. José Quesada, along with the Financial Analysis Unit (UAF-RD) and the United Nations University for Peace (UPEACE). The event was supported by the Department against Transnational Organized Crime of the OAS (DDOT), and the distinguished presence of its director, Gastón Schulmeister. Among the distinguished panelists were also recognized figures such as Aileen Guzmán, Roberto Mella Cohn, Mauricio Vieira, and Anhjelo Rijo, solidifying the forum as one of the most relevant meetings in the region in terms of compliance, ethics, and prevention of financial crimes.
