Santo Domingo. - Grupo González Pittaluga, owner of Amadita Laboratorio Clínico, a leading company in health and diagnostics in the Dominican Republic, announced today the acquisition of 100% of Centrimed, a renowned provider of imaging services and medical solutions.
This strategic acquisition strengthens the position of the González Pittaluga Group as a national leader in health innovation, expanding its portfolio of diagnostic and clinical services, and reaffirming its commitment to patient-centered care.
