Haitian national injured after jumping from vehicle in Jarabacoa

La Vega. – A Haitian national in an irregular migratory condition sustained significant injuries after jumping from a moving vehicle upon noticing the presence of Migration agents, in an incident that occurred in the municipal district of Buena Vista, municipality of Jarabacoa.

According to the available information, the citizen reacted impulsively upon realizing the operation, which caused the incident. Immediately, units from the National Emergency and Security Attention System 9-1-1 went to the scene to provide initial assistance.

Subsequently, the affected person was transferred to the Octavia Gautier de Vidal Municipal Hospital, where they are receiving appropriate medical attention, under the supervision of healthcare personnel. By: SALVADOR GARCÍA
