Santiago.-.Members of the Vehicle Recovery Division, in coordination with preventive units of the National Police, managed to recover a total of 14 vehicles that were listed as stolen according to complaints filed by citizens affected by this type of crime.
Among the vehicles located, which were left abandoned in different sectors of this province, are six motorcycles, two SUVs, and six cars, all of different brands and colors.
So far, several of the recovered vehicles have already been returned to their rightful owners through the corresponding legal process. The benefited citizens have expressed their gratitude for the efficiency in the recovery efforts and the authorities' efforts to recover their property.
The National Police urges all those who have been victims of vehicle theft or removal to present themselves to the Recovered Vehicles Division with the relevant documentation, in order to verify if any of the recovered vehicles could correspond to their property.The institution reiterates its commitment to citizen security and the frontal fight against crimes that affect citizens' assets.
