The Export and Investment Center of the Dominican Republic (ProDominicana) announced the celebration of the VI edition of the National Meeting of Women in Export 2025, a space dedicated to strengthening the role of Dominican businesswomen in international markets.
Under the slogan “Connecting with the Future”, the event will take place on November 19 and 20 at the ProDominicana facilities, with a program that includes keynote conferences and high-level panels, national and international experts, representatives of multilateral organizations and businesswomen with success stories that will serve as inspiration for attendees, as well as an exhibition space with more than 35 exhibiting companies.
Adding exporters
In its second year, ProDominicana invites Dominican businesswomen to participate in the program Sumando Exportadoras, an initiative that offers specialized support in the process of preparing to export. Through this scheme, participants will receive technical advice, access to potential international buyers, support in negotiations, as well as professional photography and video of their products to project their offer in new markets. Interested exporters will also have the opportunity to access ProDominicana training programs and support in participating in national and international trade fairs and missions. The call will be available until October 18. Through this, the aim is to identify projects led by women with high internationalization potential, providing them with concrete tools to boost their businesses in global markets. Businesswomen can request more information via email sumandoexportadoras@prodominicana.gob.do or by calling 809-530-5505 Ext. 304.
