Raulín Rodríguez excited upon his arrival at the Gran Arena del Cibao: “I feel happy and surprised”

Santiago de los Caballeros. - Raulín Rodríguez, one of the most influential figures of Dominican bachata, arrived this Friday at the Gran Arena del Cibao to offer the first of two sold-out concerts in Santiago de los Caballeros, reaffirming his relevance and the continuous support of several generations of followers. Upon his arrival at the venue, the interpreter of "Medicina de amor" was visibly moved by the reception of the Cibao audience, highlighting the support he has received since the beginning of his career, as well as the affection of a new generation that has grown up listening to his music. “I feel happy, surprised, and very excited by all this support. The people who have followed me since day one are still there, but also the young people who were once children and today sing my songs,” expressed the artist, known as “The Cacique of Bachata.”

Rodríguez highlighted that performing at the Gran Arena del Cibao has a special meaning, as it is one of the most important venues in the country and in a city that has always supported bachata as a cultural expression. "I feel that this is magic, because after so many years of singing, people love you more and more every day," he affirmed. The bachatero assured that the public can expect a show loaded with emotions, hits and total dedication on stage. "I hope Santiago enjoys this great bachata concert. We are going to enjoy it together," he said before the cameras of the media De Último Minuto. Finally, Raúl Rodríguez announced that he will not spare any energy during his performances, promising an extended show for the enjoyment of his followers. "I'm going to give everything I can. If we have to sing until five in the morning, we'll sing," concluded the artist.
