Ozuna and Beéle officially release STENDHAL, their first joint album

The Puerto Rican global star Ozuna and the Colombian Beéle, one of the freshest voices in the current urban movement, present today STENDHAL, their anticipated collaborative project composed of 14 songs that marks a new creative stage for both artists. From this Friday, the album is available on all digital platforms and offers a diverse sound palette that combines afrobeats, Afro-Caribbean rhythms, influences of global music, and different nuances of Latin urban music. The result is an innovative proposal that seeks to connect with the public on an emotional and cultural level, inspired by Stendhal Syndrome, a concept that alludes to the profound impact of art on the senses and perception.

During the project's creation, Ozuna and Beéle incorporated references to great Latin music hits reinterpreted with a contemporary approach. Among these nods are:
  • “Ale”, which includes elements inspired by the classic merengue “Carnaval (Baile en la Calle)” by Fernando Villalona.
  • “Enemigos”, alongside Ovy on the Drums, which incorporates parts of the bachata hit “Los Infieles” by Aventura.
  • “Te Culié”, which adds a playful nod to the global phenomenon “Aserejé” by Las Ketchup.
  • “Antes de Irme”, which incorporates a melodic touch based on the iconic “Ilarié” by Xuxa.
These elements function as subtle tributes that enrich the cultural identity of the album without compromising its freshness or originality. Recorded between February and April 2025, STENDHAL brings together a distinguished creative team, with producers such as Flambo, Ovy On The Drums, Legazzy, Yazid, Dynell, Golden, Daramola, Hake and Ríos. The composition features, in addition to Ozuna and Beéle, figures such as Diego León Vélez, Edwin José Collazos de la Hoz, Andrés Jael Correa Ríos, Zaider, Daniel Guerrero Ramos, Yazid Rivera López, Joan M. Ubinas, among others. The engineering was in the hands of Roberto “Mr. Earcandy” Vázquez, Mosty, Ricardo Sangiao and the renowned international engineer Jordan “DJ Swivel” Young.

The project was born from a fluid creative process, based on experimentation and artistic freedom. Both Ozuna and Beéle managed to merge their styles naturally, developing an authentic, global, and emotional sound.
“This project emerged from a genuine connection in the studio. With Beéle it was easy to create something different, playing with sounds and emotions. STENDHAL is a journey we took to deliver music that people can feel,” said Ozuna.
Beéle added: “Working with Ozuna was natural. Each song came from the vibe of the moment, combining our influences and what we wanted to convey. We hope that everyone can feel the energy and heart we put into this album.”
