Cibao FC announces the incorporation of Colombian Víctor Minotta

SANTIAGO. -- Cibao Fútbol Club announced the incorporation of Colombian footballer Víctor Alexis Minotta Quiñonez as a new reinforcement for the orange team, a player who arrives to add youth, versatility and projection to the squad.

Minotta performs as a winger and stands out for his power and explosiveness in one-on-one situations, his ability to take on and outflank on the wing, the good execution of crosses and a remarkable physical display. He is a player who can make a difference in the rival field, but who also gives himself in the back and forth, contributing both in the offensive and defensive phase. Internationally, the new Cibao FC player has experience in Mexican soccer, after his time with Alebrijes de Oaxaca and Club Jaiba Brava, both from Liga Expansión MX. In addition, he was called up to microcycles of the Colombia Under-20 National Team, reflecting his projection and competitive performance. Minotta, born March 25, 2003 in Cali, Colombia, trained in the lower categories of Deportivo Cali, one of the most recognized youth academies in Colombian soccer. Subsequently, he continued his development at Atlético Huila, where he participated in the Under-20 Youth Super Cup, managed to debut in professional soccer and was crowned champion of the BetPlay Tournament, adding important experience in contexts of high competitive demand. He also played in the BetPlay League and the Copa Colombia. With this incorporation, Cibao FC maintains its pace in its plan to strengthen the squad with young, intense, and competitive players, aligned with the club's philosophy and focused on contributing to the collective growth of the institution.
