Santo Domingo.– On the second day of the Santo Domingo 2025 International Book Fair, which takes place in the Plaza de la Cultura, the vendors of the different stands expressed their expectation that sales will increase as the event progresses.
Adrián, a French citizen participating in the fair for the first time, explained that sales have been moderate so far, although he is confident that the influx of public will intensify in the coming days.

“So far so good, it's starting well. It's the first time we've come, I don't have a point of comparison with previous years, but it's going well, people are approaching and I've sold some books. They tell me that sales usually grow throughout the fair, especially on the second weekend, when there is more foot traffic,” he indicated.
