Puerto Rico.- An altercation occurred this Thursday afternoon during the press conference prior to the boxing event "Saldando Cuentas", starring urban artist Bryant Myers and singer Ovi.
According to sources on the scene, the verbal exchange between the artists quickly escalated into a scuffle that ended up involving several people from the event's production and security team. Witnesses claim that in the midst of the chaos, an object, presumably a microphone, was thrown, impacting the president of Universal Promotion Boxing.
The president of the developer, whose identity was not immediately revealed by the authorities, suffered a head wound and had to be attended to by medical personnel at the scene. So far, no official charges have been filed, nor has it been confirmed whether legal action will be taken against any of the participants.
The event "Saldando Cuentas", which will be held on September 12 at the Coliseo Rubén Rodríguez in Bayamón, is part of a boxing card promoted as a fusion between sport and urban music, and has generated widespread attention on social media.
