The Latin Grammy-nominated and multi-platinum certified artist Manuel Turizo presents his new single “Apambichao”, alongside Maluma, a Latin Grammy winner and global music icon. A musical proposal that celebrates the essence of the Colombian Caribbean through a sound deeply connected to the tradition and evolution of contemporary Latin music.
Launched under the record label La Industria INC, "Apambichao" takes its name from a slower and more cadenced variant of Dominican merengue known as pambiche, characterized by an intimate and enveloping rhythm that is danced very close, evoking connection, complicity, and romanticism.

The production, by CASTA, achieves a natural balance between Caribbean tradition and sonic modernity, allowing the voices of Turizo and Maluma to complement each other with precision. More than a song, "Apambichao" functions as a cultural portrait. The music video transforms Colombia into the visual heart of the project, touring its streets, its people, and its colors to capture the daily energy that defines the country. Culture, movement, and urban essence turn each scene into a living celebration of Colombia, interpreted by two of its most influential exponents in Spanish music. With this release, Manuel Turizo continues to consolidate an artistic evolution that bets on sounds with identity and international projection, reaffirming his position within the new generation of global artists who expand the limits of Latin pop without losing connection with their roots. "Apambichao" is now available on all digital platforms along with its official video.
