Hidden, Baní, Peravia province, December 2025. With a masterful concert, the Perelló Cultural Center celebrated the arrival of Christmas in complicity with the National Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of maestro José Antonio Molina.

The 2025 Christmas Concert, in its twelfth edition, featured the stellar participation of Maridalia Hernández, Frank Ceara, Xiomara Fortuna and the Koribe choir, who for approximately 80 minutes delighted a select audience gathered on the esplanade of the Center. The evening began with traditional songs with symphonic arrangements such as “Overture a Cradle in Bethlehem”, “Noche de paz”, “Más allá” (Christmas), “Joy To The World”, “Jingle Bells”, “Blanca Navidad”, “The Christmas Song” and “Mariposa de amor”. The repertoire also included the pieces “Adeste Fideles”, “O Holy Night”, Villancico Yaucano, “Ella”, “Yo quiero verte”, “Ay amor”, “Popurrí de merengues”, “Salsa pá tu lechón”, “Alegre vengo” and “Aleluya de El Mesías”. The formal act was presided over by Manuel Pozo Perelló, executive president of Industrias Banilejas, SAS (INDUBAN) and member of the Council of the Cultural Center, accompanied by Julia Castillo, director of the cultural institution. When pronouncing the welcome words, Julia Castillo highlighted that the twelfth edition of the Christmas Symphonic Gala Concert 2025 constitutes a demonstration that the Perelló Family, after 15 years of cultural patronage in the South region and throughout the country, feels increasingly committed to the mission of being part of a prosperous, cultured, and humanist nation project in the Dominican Republic. Castillo stated that "for 80 years, the Perelló Family has promoted values and traditions through its country brand product, Café Santo Domingo, as well as through other projects to promote social, economic and cultural development. We will continue, all together, working for and for the regional and national development of the Dominican Republic.” Following this, Manuel Pozo Perelló highlighted that the Christmas Concert of the Perelló Cultural Center represents a firm commitment of the company and the family with the entire community of the Southern region, especially with the Peravia province. He indicated that "we are aware that for a significant part of the population it is difficult to access shows of this magnitude, so we make the effort to bring this concert to Baní with the same artistic and technical quality that characterizes the great stages of the world." The Minister of Culture, Roberto Ángel Salcedo, Senator Julito Fulcar, and Governor Angela Yadira Báez attended this great concert. As well as distinguished personalities from the cultural, business, and diplomatic fields, in addition to representatives of the Banilejo diaspora, who enjoyed this magical night under the stars.
