While performing her song “16 Carriages,” the artist was suspended in a red Cadillac that was moving through the stadium when the vehicle began to tilt and stopped unexpectedly, leaving Beyoncé trapped in the air.
In the precise instant the car tilted, Beyoncé interrupted the music and asked over the megaphone: “Stop, stop, stop…”, while she adjusted herself and firmly held onto one of the safety cables. The tension grew among the attendees while the structure remained suspended.
