Sean John Combs, known by his stage name Sean Diddy, and formerly Puff Daddy or P. Diddy, is a rapper who has won three Grammy Awards, born on November 4, 1969, in Harlem, New York, United States.
Sean "Diddy" Combs' parents are Janice Combs (née Smalls), who was a model and teacher's assistant, and Melvin Earl Combs, who served in the United States Air Force.
American music producer, businessman, and actor, considered one of the most influential artists and entrepreneurs in hip-hop. In 1985, Puff Daddy received his first job as an executive producer, overseeing the musical direction of Father MC's successful album "Father's Day".
In 1993, he founded his own label, Bad Boy Records, launching the careers of artists such as The Notorious B.I.G., Mase, and Faith Evans.
In 1997, he debuted as an artist with the album "No Way Out", which was a sales success.
He has produced countless other artists such as Big Pun, Mariah Carey, Beyoncé, and the princess of pop Britney Spears (on her 2003 album In the Zone), including other greats in the music world.



Personal Life
Sean "Diddy" Combs has had several partners throughout his life, many of them famous, although he has not been officially married.
Combs is the father of seven children. His first biological child, Justin, was born in 1993 from his relationship with designer Misa Hylton-Brim. He had an on-and-off relationship with Kimberly Porter (1970–2018) from 1994 to 2007. He raised and adopted Quincy (born in 1991), Porter's son from her previous relationship with Al B. Sure!. They had a son, Christian (born in 1998), and twin daughters, D'Lila Star and Jessie James (born 2006).
He had a relationship with singer Jennifer Lopez between 1999 and 2001. They separated after a shooting at a nightclub in which they were both present. Also with singer and model Cassie Ventura from 2007 to 2018. His most recent relationship was with Yung Miami (rapper from the group City Girls), which was widely discussed on social media (although both said it was an open/non-exclusive relationship).

Accusations of sexual misconduct
Combs has been the subject of a series of accusations of sexual misconduct, which began in late 2023 after Cassie Ventura, with whom Combs had a long-term relationship, filed a multimillion-dollar lawsuit against him for sexual assault.
Following the accusations, several companies and brands distanced themselves from Combs and an honorary doctorate from Howard University was revoked.

In March 2024, the Department of Homeland Security raided several properties linked to Combs as part of an ongoing investigation. In May 2024, surveillance footage of Combs physically assaulting Ventura in a hotel in 2016 was released, for which Combs issued a public apology.
In September 2024, he was arrested on eleven counts of sexual harassment, abuse, and rape. Combs is being held in Manhattan.
