ATLANTA.– Latin American talent once again leaves its mark on the Major Leagues. Eight players of Latin origin will be starters in the expected 2025 All-Star Game, which will be held on July 15 at Truist Park in Atlanta, turning the event into a true celebration of Caribbean and South American baseball.

Four of the nine American League starters have Latin blood, led by Dominican Vladimir Guerrero Jr. (Toronto Blue Jays), who will be the starter for the fourth time in his young but brilliant career. Puerto Rican Javier Báez, converted into a center fielder with the Detroit Tigers, returns to the stellar lineup for the third time, while his teammate, Venezuelan Gleyber Torres, will make his debut as a starter at second base.
