Coopadepe receives prestigious BCIE Solidarios award for its 25-year trajectory in financial inclusion

Santo Domingo.– In a ceremony held in the halls of the Central Bank, the Coopadepe cooperative was awarded this Friday with the BCIE Solidarios to Microenterprise award, in the category “Institutional Management of Financial Inclusion”.

The recognition, awarded by the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) and the Council of American Development Foundations (Solidarios), highlights Coopadepe's constant work during its 25-year history, firmly maintaining its philosophy of being a financial support for entrepreneurs.

Upon receiving the award, Gendry de la Rosa, General Manager of Coopadepe, stated: "This award validates our commitment to serve as a pillar for those seeking to develop their projects. For us, it's not just about financing operations, but about financing ideas and dreams. For a quarter of a century, we have maintained the conviction that inclusive economic growth begins by betting on people and their ability to undertake."
