⦾ The dollar's selling rate reached RD$62.52
In general, a trend towards the depreciation of the dollar is observed in most of the periods analyzed:
For Financial Institutions, the dollar showed a slight depreciation in purchase (-0.21%) and sale (-0.24%).
For Remittance and Exchange Agents, the depreciation was -0.18% on purchase and -0.06% on sale.
Regarding 1 month ago: The depreciation was more pronounced, with -2.48% (buy) and -2.54% (sell) for Financial Entities, and -2.32% (buy) and -2.56% (sell) for Remittance and Exchange Agents.
Since the Close of 2024, the dollar continued its depreciation: -1.23% (buy) and -1.91% (sell) in Financial Entities, and -1.60% (buy) and -1.71% (sell) in Remittance and Exchange Agents.
