Guayabal, Azua. – This Tuesday, students at an educational center in Guayabal could not receive classes due to the rise of the La Tina stream, which overflowed and left the community isolated.
Faced with the situation, the school lunch prepared for the students was given to the workers who remained in the area carrying out work to condition the tributary, with the purpose of restoring passage and normalizing traffic in the town.
Residents of Guayabal expressed their concern and asked the authorities for a definitive solution, since every time it rains the stream interrupts school activities and the daily life of the municipality.
