The United States coordinated with Israel its attack in Iran, according to the Israeli Army

Jerusalem.- The Israeli Army spokesman, Effie Defrin, stated this Sunday that the attack in Iran carried out this morning by United States was coordinated with the Israeli forces, and highlighted that both armies are in "close coordination".

"This morning, the US military attacked nuclear facilities in Iran. The attack was carried out and the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) coordinated it," said Defrin in a virtual press conference. The spokesperson added that, since the beginning of the attacks in Iran by Israel, the Israeli Chief of Staff "has been in continuous and daily contact" with his American counterpart.

"Our coordination with the American partner has been close over the years and has intensified even more in recent times," he noted.

Attacks against Iran continue

And he said that the Israeli Army continues attacks in Iran. "We continue, and we are determined to achieve the objectives of the operation," he explained, adding that Israel has "a plan with objectives" that will continue to attack.

"I don't want to detail here the objectives we are still planning, but we have various objectives and plans, and we will activate them as needed," he indicated.

According to the US President, Donald Trump, the main nuclear enrichment facilities of Iran -Isfahan, Natanz and Fordo- were completely destroyed after the attack in Iran by the United States. The Fordow facility, located about one hundred kilometers south of Tehran, is considered the most important of the Iranian nuclear program.
