Santo Domingo. – A man residing in the El Corbano sector in San Juan requests a helping hand to donate a wheelchair so he can move around and start a small business selling coffee.

Bautista has undergone four hip and pelvic surgeries, procedures that left him with severe sequelae, including damage to the sciatic nerve, which has permanently compromised his mobility. “I became disabled, I have been like this for an average of six years, and I haven't been able to do anything, struggling,” he expressed.

He tried to use a conventional wheelchair, but the pressure of the movement causes the screws in his hip to come loose, putting his health at risk. Faced with this situation, Mr. Johnny asks for help to be able to acquire an electric wheelchair with which to move around more safely.

“At least I am asking you for that little chair because I want to start, even if it's just, selling cookies with coffee on the street. The situation is tough. If you get me that chair, I will thank God and you as well,” she stated humbly.

He added that he has also shared a video showing his physical condition, where his difficulty walking is evident. “That's a little video I sent you so you can see my conditions… that's how I can move better. Thank you very much, my brother, and may God help you,” he concluded.

Johnny Bautista Carvajal can be contacted at 829-945-1712 and for financial contributions can do so to the bank account 302235336 of Banreservas.
