National Police arrests four men involved in homicide in the municipality of Quisqueya, SPM

San Pedro de Macorís. – The National Police, along with the Public Ministry, captured four men involved in the death of a fifth, in an incident that occurred on September 28, 2025, in the municipality of Quisqueya. The detainees are Juan Francisco Rincón Mena (a) Cesarín, 30 years old; Zudy Yoherlyn de los Santos Soriano (a) Yoherlyn, 36; Yordan Paul Parra, 35; and Jeremi Yulgensi Pimentel Ramírez (a) Jeremy, 21, all residents of the municipality of Quisqueya, who were actively sought through arrest warrant No. 2025-AJ0065008. According to the investigation report, the detainees were identified by witnesses as the perpetrators of the shots that caused the death of the young Anthonys Adaniel Rosario, 22 years old, who died as a result of multiple gunshot wounds. The crime would have been motivated by old personal grudges linked to disputes between gangs. During the arrest actions, carried out by members of the Southeast Regional Investigation Sub-Directorate (DICRIM), two pistols were seized, one Daewoo brand, model DP151, 9mm caliber, serial number BA502387, with a magazine and eight cartridges, and one Prieto Beretta brand, model 92 Compact, 9mm caliber, serial number N447961, with a magazine and without cartridges.

The arrests were carried out in stages between the 2nd and 4th of October 2025, in different sectors of the municipality of Quisqueya, under the coordination of the Public Ministry. The four detainees were placed at the disposal of the justice system to answer for the acts they are accused of.
