With this delivery, 360 families become homeowners of safe, quality housing, designed in a suitable environment to improve their quality of life. During the event, Minister Carlos Bonilla highlighted the project's impact: "The Ciudad Real San Luis Residential represents exactly what this Government set out to do from day one: that Dominican families live in their own homes, in safe, planned spaces, and with access to everything they need to thrive. These new homes are part of the more than 20 thousand housing units delivered by MIVED during the current administration of President Luis Abinader, contributing significantly to the reduction of the housing deficit and facilitating access to decent housing for low and middle-income families.
