First game: Vultures survive against Old Mother

In the first clash of the night, the Buitres de Lavapiés defeated the Huracanes de Madre Vieja 89 to 84 in an intense and physical match, in which the experience of the black and red team was decisive in the final minutes. The stellar Jeison Colomé was the great figure of the match with 34 points, leading once again the Buitres' offense with precision from the perimeter and accurate penetrations. He was accompanied by Rey Abad, who recorded an impressive double-double of 10 points and 17 rebounds, dominating the boards on both sides.

For the defeated Hurricanes, the offensive duo formed by Raymer Santana and Kevin Pérez shone again. Santana scored 27 points, showing his ability to break defenses, while Pérez added 24 points, although his efforts were not enough to change the course of the game.

With this victory, the Vultures advance in the standings and keep their hopes of qualifying for the next phase of the championship alive.

Second game: Wolves beat Laguneros in dramatic finish

The excitement reached its peak in the closing match, where the Canastica Wolves won by the minimum, 90 to 89, against the Laguneros of Madre Vieja Norte, in a match with rhythm, intensity and quality worthy of a final. The night was dominated by the sensational performance of the reinforcement Edgar Tejeda, who scored 41 points, becoming the most explosive player of the day. Tejeda was unstoppable from all areas of the court and was decisive in key moments. Alongside him, the reinforcement Juan Rosario also shone, who added 31 points and 17 rebounds, consolidating his dominance in the paint and being fundamental in both offense and defense. For the Laguneros, the always effective Alfredo Pérez contributed 29 points, being the offensive engine of his team, while Wester Brea added 12 units. However, they failed to convert the last possession that would have given them the victory.
