He was also Secretary General of the Dominican Student Vanguard (VED) in the Faculty of Law and presided over the Association of University Students of Las Yayas, his hometown in Azua.

Career in the Party

His political experience extended to the party sphere, where he held important positions in the PLD, including the presidency of grassroots committees in his town and later in Santo Domingo and Madrid, as well as being a political delegate to the Central Electoral Board in the capital of Spain. He currently serves as president of the Fuerza del Pueblo in Madrid, a position he maintains until the internal electoral process concludes, as well as being national vice-secretary of the party's Organization Secretariat.
