The Trinidadian team arrives with a 3-0 advantage on the global scoreboard, after winning by that same result in the first leg. In that match, Defence Force had three different goalscorers, while their goalkeeper Isaiah Williams was one of the figures by making eight saves that allowed them to keep their goal at zero. Runner-up of the last edition, Cibao FC will seek to rely on the goalscoring ability of Rivaldo Correa, the all-time top scorer of the Caribbean Cup, to ignite their offense and try to come back in front of their public. This will be the third encounter between both clubs in this edition of the tournament. Kevin Molino, from Defence Force, has scored in the two previous matches, establishing himself as one of the main offensive threats of the visiting team. The winner of the global score will obtain the ticket to the 2026 Concacaf Champions Cup. In case of a tie in the aggregate, the away goal rule will be applied first. If the tie persists, extra time will be played and, if necessary, a penalty shootout to define the qualifier.
