The tournament will be held from June 24 to 29, 2025 at the facilities of The Fields, Cap Cana Sports City, and is shaping up to be an event with high media and tourism impact, with global broadcast and direct international projection from Dominican soil.

The Minister of Tourism, David Collado, highlighted that the arrival of MICFootball represents much more than a sporting event. "It is a country promotion platform, a commitment to youth talent, sports tourism, and the global positioning of our nation. "Dominican Republic is projected as a competitive, modern destination ready to welcome the world," he stated.

Collado also emphasized the economic impact that the event will generate: “Three thousand people will upload photos on their social networks, which will generate press and hotel occupancy, consumption of food and beverages. This is sustainable development through sport.”

For his part, David Bellver, president of MICFootball, stated: “MIC comes to America with the same essence with which it was born in Europe: to build a bridge between passion, training and opportunity. We know that in Cap Cana the next great 'real dreams' of world football will be lived. We have come to stay.”

The 2025 edition will feature more than 100 teams from five continents, including youth football powerhouses such as Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, Atlético de Madrid, Olympique de Marseille, Bayer Leverkusen, FC Porto, Inter de Miami, LA Galaxy, Santos FC, River Plate, Club América and Cruz Azul, among others.

In addition to the sporting focus, the tournament aims to consolidate the Dominican Republic as a benchmark for sports tourism in the Caribbean and Latin America, with global visibility, high-level training and complete television coverage through MICFootball TV, live and on demand.

In the presentation event participated, in addition to Minister Collado and David Bellver, the Minister of Sports, Kelvin Cruz; the president of ASONAHORES, Juan (Papo) Bancalari; the executive vice president of Grupo Abrisa, Azor Hazoury; and the executive president of Banreservas, Samuel Pereyra.

With the arrival of MICFootball to Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic consolidates its place on the international calendar as a host for elite sporting events and an ideal destination for the development of youth talent.
