Representatives from the State of Massachusetts and local authorities from neighboring communities such as Lawrence, Rhode Island, and Lynn attended the ceremony, among other special guests from the business and community sectors. The inaugural Arajet flight between Santo Domingo (SDQ) and Boston (BOS – Logan International Airport) marked the beginning of a scheduled operation with 4 weekly frequencies, on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays.This new route is designed to meet the high demand for family visits, tourism, and business travel between New England and the Dominican Republic.
