However, Indomet forecasts isolated showers in the afternoon over locations near the Central Mountain Range, including Monseñor Nouel and La Vega, due to wind drag. The temperatures will continue to be cool and pleasant, with a greater feeling of cold in mountainous areas and inland valleys, where denser fogs, typical of the winter season and the moderate northeast wind, could also occur. The minimums will range between 19 °C and 21 °C, while the maximums will be between 28 °C and 30 °C.

Maritime Recommendations

On the Atlantic coast, Indomet recommends that operators of fragile, small and medium-sized vessels remain in port due to strong winds and abnormal waves. Meanwhile, on the Caribbean coast, it is advised to navigate with caution near the coast, without venturing out to sea.

Outlook for this Friday

Similar conditions will persist for tomorrow, Friday, with a mainly sunny environment, isolated cloudiness, and scarce rainfall, influenced by a high-pressure system (anticyclonic circulation).
