Santo Domingo. - RD Bridal Week 2025 (RDBW), the most important wedding industry event in the Caribbean, will be held during the weekend of September 12-14, at the Kimpton Las Mercedes Hotel, in the Colonial Zone, with an attractive schedule of parades where prominent designers will present their seasonal bridal proposals.
The information was provided by Socrates Mckinney, president of RDBW, who recalled that within the framework of the commemoration of the 25th anniversary of this important bridal fashion platform, national and international designers will fill the Colonial City with splendor and magic with their innovative trends.
Similarly, the prominent event producer reaffirmed his firm commitment to always uphold the name of the Dominican Republic with events that elevate the industry, while thanking all the designers, sponsors, collaborators, and the Kimpton Las Mercedes Hotel for opening their doors to the talent of professionals, future spouses, and lovers of the bridal world.
This time, the guest country will be Puerto Rico and thanks to its important alliance with San Juan Moda Bridal, the Ministry of Tourism of the Dominican Republic and the airline Arajet, the talent of Eclíptica, José Raúl and Leonardo Fifth Avenue, will enhance this great fashion event, who, together with the master Giannina Azar and the creative Gabriela Azar, will be in charge of the opening on Friday, September 12th of RD Bridal Week 2025.
For the second day, Saturday the 13th, the agenda will continue with the parades of José Jhan, Masculino Formal, Laura García, The White Dress, La Novea, Calpo Atelier, Michelle Reynoso and Rafael Riveiro.
On Sunday the 14th at 10am, the professional educational platform Bridal Master Class will be held, with two master interventions: "Destination Weddings", by Kitzia Morales, who is a key figure in romance tourism, founder and president of the IADWP, and the other topic to be developed will be "Indian Weddings", presented by Laurah Luna, a Mexican specialist in this type of wedding through her product ",Ibdia Experience".
In this space, those present will also have the opportunity to interact with both wedding planner experts on wedding organization, trends, decoration, photography, music, pastry, and more, providing tools for couples to plan their big day with greater confidence and style.
RD Bridal Week 2025 will close with a flourish with the spectacular proposals of Isabel Reynoso, Arcadio Díaz, Melkis Díaz, MUA Atelier, Wilson, Alcequiez and Joel Reyes.
It is important to note that on Friday and Saturday nights, the beautiful pool at the Kimpton Las Mercedes will be the setting for the Bridal After Party, in honor of all its guests, under the production of Hiden and RS Entertaiment; companies dedicated to the organization of parties, DJs and setups.
In addition, "Get Married in DR" will be available throughout the weekend: an immersive experience that will present the latest trends in setups, which, in addition, will promote our country as an ideal place for destination and local weddings. This immersive hall will take guests through three concepts of Dominican weddings: the beach, the mountains and the Colonial City of Santo Domingo. This space has been made possible thanks to the Ministry of Tourism, Inventivas, Light Group, Backpanels, Coolekos and Dauny Studio.
The RD Bridal Week is an event dedicated to future spouses in the country, where the latest bridal fashion trends are presented, by the hand of the most outstanding designers for the bride, groom, the wedding party and the guests.
Founded in 2000, it is the pioneering event in the Caribbean dedicated entirely to weddings. Over 25 editions, it has brought together more than 2,500 brands, 400 catwalks, and 120,000 attendees, including brides, planners, and specialized press.
