The truck driver and passenger were arrested by members of the ERD
Duvergé. - Two men were arrested while loading a move into a truck, in which they were also carrying 07 undocumented Haitian immigrants in Duvergé.
The detainees are the driver, identified as Vicente Garcia Berville, of Dominican nationality, residing in Barahona, and his companion Eliseo Matos.
