Colombia Alcántara launches Altanto Magazine, the first print publication of its platform.


Santo Domingo.- Journalist and television producer Colombia Alcántara officially launched the first edition of Altanto Magazine, the new editorial project of her company Altanto TV, which marks the communicator's entry into the world of print media with an innovative and high-value informative proposal.

In the framework of the 15th anniversary celebrated yesterday at its studios in Unicentro Plaza, it brought together prominent figures from the business, political, social, cultural and artistic fields, as well as representatives of communication and entertainment. During the event, Alcántara, CEO of Altanto TV and winner of several Soberano Awards, highlighted that this magazine constitutes a natural evolution of the platform she has developed for 15 years, reaffirming her commitment to responsible and quality communication.

"In a world dominated by the digital, we return to the roots of the printed medium to offer in-depth analysis, exclusive interviews, and perspectives that invite reflection. This magazine not only complements our television and digital offerings, but also aims to become a benchmark for the public seeking enriching narratives," expressed Alcántara.

Altanto Magazine, under the editorial direction of journalist Milcíades Pichardo, will be published bimonthly and will have a digital PDF version. The publication will address national and international current affairs, geopolitics, culture, and biographical profiles of influential personalities in various sectors of the Dominican Republic.

The launch edition, conceived as a format presentation, includes a historical tour of Alcántara's professional career. The communicator announced that work is already underway on interviews and reports that will be part of the first commercial edition of the magazine. With this new project, Alcántara expands the footprint of Altanto TV, consolidating its vision of building a multiplatform that combines innovation, depth, and closeness to the audience.
