The singer explained that the altercation occurred in a moment of euphoria, after his performance on stage. "I had just dropped the microphone after singing in front of the audience, and I didn't understand why they were stopping me," he commented. According to Donaty, at that moment he didn't know what was happening and the way the officers approached him was not the most appropriate, although he affirmed that the police behaved respectfully once the situation was clarified. "I understand that it was not the best moment nor the best way they approached me, but in the end everything went well," he expressed. The artist insisted that he is a good young man who does not promote violence or act with negative intentions. "I am not an entity of evil for society. I am a young man of values, hardworking and a believer in God," he affirmed. He also highlighted that this is the first time he has faced a situation with the justice system, and assured that he has no legal record: "I have never had problems with the justice system. This is the first time something like this has happened to me," he said firmly.

Donaty took the opportunity to clarify, according to his own words, the misunderstandings that have circulated in the media and social networks. "Some media are misinterpreting the situation, saying things that are not true. What happened was a misunderstanding," he stated, reiterating his apologies to his audience and to all those who were offended by the incident. "I want you to know that it was not my intention at any time to promote something negative," he reiterated.

He also thanked the National Police and its main authorities, including the Minister of Interior and Police, Faride Raful, for their treatment during the process. "I want to thank the National Police, especially the officers who attended me, such as Colonel Vallejo, who treated me very well," he said. Donaty assured that, although there was some initial discomfort in the approach, everything was resolved in a calm and respectful manner. Regarding the legal details of the incident, the singer revealed that he is awaiting the results of the ballistics process, which will determine the legality of the weapon involved in the process. "We are waiting for the ballistics process to be completed to know what happened with the weapon. We must follow the procedure," he explained, showing willingness to cooperate with the authorities. Finally, Donaty expressed his gratitude to his audience and reiterated his commitment to his career. "I thank the support of my fans. I keep working and fighting for my music, for you, to bring you the best," he concluded, making it clear that this incident will not change his path as an artist. This video, full of apologies and clarifications, seems to be an attempt by Donaty to improve his image before his followers and society, pending the investigations and the resolution of the legal situation in which he is involved.
