10:00 a.m. Accountability Act of the governor by Barahona Oneida Feliz. Place: Governor's Hall.

10:00 a.m. Commemoration Ceremony of the International Dentist Day. Place: Gran Embajador Hall of the Embajador Hotel.

10:30 a.m. Seminar on the production of Dominican Cocoa and presentation of results of the program for the renewal and transformation of the Dominican cocoa culture. Place: National Botanical Garden Auditorium.
