Manuel Rivas, former OMSA director, passes away

Santo Domingo, R.D. Manuel Rivas, who served as the former director of the Metropolitan Office of Bus Services (OMSA), a well-known figure in the field of public transportation and state administration of the Dominican Republic, has passed away.

So far, family members have not offered details about the causes of death, nor have they informed about the funeral acts that will be held, so it is expected that an official statement will be issued in the coming hours.
