Sure, here's a press release about Charlie Woods' triumph at the Team TaylorMade Invitational:

Bowling Green, Florida,— Golf legend Tiger Woods now has another reason to be proud off the professional greens: his son, Charlie Woods, conquered this Wednesday his first title in the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA), by being crowned champion of the Team TaylorMade Invitational, held at the prestigious Streamsong Resort Black Course.

At 16 years old, Charlie dazzled with an impeccable performance, signing a final round of 66 strokes (-6) for a total of 201 strokes (-15), surpassing by three strokes a group of talented rivals, including Luke Colton (fifth in the AJGA ranking), Willie Gordon and Phillip Dunham, who tied for second place.

Charlie Woods' performance was solid from start to finish. He began the tournament with a card of 70 strokes on Monday, followed by a spectacular 65 on Tuesday, which put him tied at the top before closing Wednesday with a final round that included eight birdies and two bogeys, culminating in a series of four consecutive pars that secured his victory.

“It's exciting to see how Charlie is starting to make his mark on junior golf. He is showing that beyond the last name, he has the talent, focus, and competitive mindset needed to excel,” commented a tournament representative.

This triumph comes in just his fifth official event with the AJGA, solidifying the progress he has been showing in previous tournaments. Until now, his best result had been a tie for 25th place in the Junior Invitational at Sage Valley in March.

Charlie had already won some titles in minor categories, such as the Major Championship of the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour in 2023 (14-15 years old category) and the Last Chance Regional that same year. He also qualified for the U.S. Junior Amateur in the summer of 2024, although he didn't make the cut.

With this new achievement, Charlie Woods not only lifts his first AJGA trophy, but also confirms that his evolution is on the rise and that his name is beginning to resonate strongly on its own merits in the competitive world of youth golf
