An extensive analysis was also presented on how, since 2019, justice has been transforming in terms of digitalization, elimination of judicial delay, greater access, and transparency. The Dominican Judiciary broadcast this Thursday the program "Justice at a single click", where it presented its new institutional web platform Justicia.gob.do, conceived as a centralized point of public information, electronic services, digital access for users and a space for technological interoperability. This portal Justicia.gob.do will function as a digital gateway for citizens, lawyers, judges, and judicial servers, by allowing direct, transparent, secure, and continuous access to judicial procedures, files, case openings, hearing scheduling, document deposits, and other multiple key functionalities for a modern and people-centered justice system.

Justicia.gob.do integrates in a structured and clear manner all the technological components that make up the digital offer of the Judiciary, as well as an Application Programming Interface (APIs) program that facilitates interoperability with other public, private, and academic institutions, respecting privacy and data protection policies. From this initial page, users can quickly access services such as the Digital Access Portal, the National Role of Hearings, the Public Consultation of Files, and the Electronic Signature Validation, among others. These services cover all matters: criminal, civil, commercial, labor, land, and children, girls, and adolescents' affairs. Universal accessibility tools are also incorporated, along with real-time automatic notifications and data reuse, which guarantee efficiency, traceability, transparency, and access to justice from anywhere and at any time. It has an interactive statistical module, with indicators, case file volumes, dynamic graphs, and downloadable data, which reinforce the open justice model and accountability. The initiative aligns with the Future Justice 2034 plan, which aims to impact the population by offering greater access, more digital, faster, and closer justice, reducing time and costs.
