“Preparing ourselves to be better public servants increases citizen commitment and gives us the satisfaction of exercising our functions with greater firmness and responsibility, to respond with quality to citizen service, to Dominican youth and to the country,” he expressed.

The graduate highlighted that this academic training reflects President Luis Abinader's commitment to the professionalization of those who hold positions in the State, emphasizing that the training strengthens the response capacity of the public administration in the face of an increasingly demanding society. The ceremony was led by the president, who emphasized that public service is a vocation that demands ethics, character, and constant preparation, especially in a context of accelerated technological changes and global challenges. In that sense, he announced the opening of a new cohort with 500 participants, as a continuation of the specialized training process for public officials. The postgraduate program was developed through the National Institute of Public Administration (INAP) and the Ministry of Public Administration, taking international best practices as a reference, and marks a milestone in the construction of a more efficient, professional, and results-oriented public administration for the benefit of citizens.
