This practice reinforces the suspicion that the work is being carried out clandestinely with the possible intention of evading regulatory oversight.
It should be remembered that the company is sanctioned by the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, an entity that ordered the total halt of the commercialization, processing, and mobilization of aggregates due to non-compliance with environmental regulations and the corresponding permits.
