Santiago.- Banco BHD inaugurated a training center for its employees in the northern region, as part of its commitment to the creation and promotion of development spaces for its human talent.
This new training space, located in Santiago de los Caballeros, has two rooms with a capacity for more than 60 people, as well as a self-development classroom with digital equipment so that staff can access the BHD Digital Academy, the bank's virtual training platform.
In 2024, Banco BHD trained more than 6,500 employees and invested 357,000 training hours, with a 45% increase compared to 2023. "This year we want to expand those opportunities, with this new center that opens in the Cibao, we will increase the knowledge and skills of our human talent throughout the northern zone," Peralta pointed out."Our comprehensive approach is to work for the economic and human success of people, and there is no better way to achieve this than by empowering them through development.
