Indonesia.- Indonesian search teams resumed this Wednesday the operation to locate the three Spaniards missing after the sinking of a tourist boat last Friday in the waters of the east of the country, after recovering the mortal remains of another Spanish woman on Monday.
"We hope that, during this sixth day, we can develop several scenarios in this search process and that it bears fruit today. We have deployed all the teams to the maximum of their capacity," declared to EFE Asfan Sulhasan, from the National Search and Rescue Agency (BASARNAS) and one of the mission coordinators. "We are doing everything possible to find the three missing people," remarked Asfan, who this morning was in charge of giving the latest orders to the rescue teams that departed from the port of Labuan Bajo, on the eastern island of Flores, and from where part of the deployment is heading. The families of the missing went to the port today to thank the rescuers one by one for their work, which includes BASARNAS teams, police, coastguards, members of the Navy and the Army, and a dozen volunteer professional divers.
