MP varies request for pre-trial detention in case of Operation Discovery 3.0

Also, the prosecution requested that the case be declared complex, alleging that it is an organized criminal structure with multiple defendants and transnational impact.

Prosecutor Claudio Cordero stated that the change occurred after hearing the statements of five of the defendants who would have been favored by the change in the request to show themselves as "collaborators" during the hearing.
