Santo Domingo.– The Directorate of the Emergency Operations Center (COE) reported this Wednesday, at 11:30 in the morning, the discontinuation of the green alert level in several provinces of the country, after the decrease in rainfall recorded in the last few hours.
The agency explained that, according to the weather bulletin from the Dominican Institute of Meteorology (Indomet), isolated showers of short duration originated early in the morning in locations of La Altagracia, La Romana, San Pedro de Macorís, Monte Plata, Samaná and Barahona, among others, but they have been significantly reduced.
