Santo Domingo.– The Fourth Criminal Chamber of the National District ordered this Thursday the conditional release of the communicator and content creator Rafael Guerrero, accused of alleged defamation and insult by the former director of the National Drug Control Directorate (DNCD), Rolando Rosado Mateo.
