Violinist sues Will Smith for sexual harassment and wrongful termination

A violinist who was part of a recent Will Smith artistic tour filed a lawsuit against the actor and his representation company, accusing him of sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation. The musician, identified as Brian King Joseph, claims he was initially hired for a one-off performance and then invited to join the international tour and collaborate on a new musical project. According to the lawsuit, during the development of the working relationship, Smith allegedly had inappropriate behavior and comments that the plaintiff interpreted as unwanted insinuations. After reporting the incident to hotel security, the authorities, and the artist's work team, he maintains that he was ridiculed and subsequently fired.
