Santo Domingo. – The National Health Insurance (SeNaSa) and the National Association of Private Clinics and Hospitals (Andeclip) held an institutional meeting in which they reaffirmed their commitment to continue strengthening their cooperative relationship, with a shared vision aimed at strengthening the Dominican health system by 2026.

During the meeting, the institutions agreed on the importance of consolidating this alliance as a strategic axis to face the current challenges of the health sector and move towards comprehensive solutions that effectively respond to the needs of the Dominican population. For its part, Andeclip highlighted the fundamental role played by the National Health Insurance within the health system and reaffirmed its commitment to continue guaranteeing adequate and timely care to SeNaSa affiliates in each of its private centers nationwide. Furthermore, participants emphasized that inter-institutional cooperation will be crucial to address the present and future challenges of the sector, as well as for the construction of a more integrated, efficient, and people-centered health system. With this approach, SeNaSa and Andeclip ratify their willingness to strengthen their strategic alliance and to develop a joint work agenda, aimed at consolidating sustainable advances that positively impact the well-being of citizens and the strengthening of the national health system by the year 2026.
