Despite the evidence presented, he indicated that Peña was only ordered a three-month preventive prison measure, which, according to him, has not been fully complied with, since the accused would have requested a change of measure alleging influences to evade justice. In turn, he highlighted: “I don't want to reach any agreement, I'm just seeking justice and for the weight of the law to fall on him.” “I had to move from where I lived and change my children's schools to protect them from harassment and bullying,” the mother expressed, visibly affected. Likewise, she stated that after talking to her daughter because she had pain in her private parts, the infant confessed what had happened. "The girl told me that she was being touched by my cousin and I decided to take her to the Los Mina maternity hospital to have her examined and explain everything...", she affirmed.

“The last time we left the church my children stopped as usual at my aunt's to get water, where the accused touched the girl for the last time and made my boy masturbate him”, he declared.

Due to this situation, the mother appeared at the facilities of De Último Minuto to demand justice and request the urgent intervention of the authorities in charge of the protection of minors.
